They’re soft, cakey without being dry, and loaded with rich fall flavor and melty chocolate. Soft gooey chocolate chip pumpkin cookie

Since these pumpkin chocolate chip cookies are more cake-like, they stay soft, moist & chewy. And you only need 3 ingredients!

EQUIPMENT: INGREDIENTS:
  • Spice Cake Mix
  • 1 can of pumpkin puree
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Add cake mix and pumpkin puree to your mixing bowl
  • Mix until well-blended
  • Stir in chocolate chips
  • Use your cookie scoop to portion cookies onto baking pan
  • Batch bake 1 pan at a time for 8-15 minutes
  • Transfer cookies to cooling rack
